Co-Founder Wanted: Help Build the Go-To Financial Platform for Creative Professionals
We're looking for a hands-on co-founder to join Nola Club - a bold new venture empowering creative professionals to master their finances and build sustainable careers. You'll take a powerful vision and deep niche expertise and help turn it into scalable digital products, retreats, and content - from idea to launch. If you're a builder with a sharp mind for execution, marketing, and creative strategy, and you’re excited to co-create and shape something meaningful from the ground up, this is your chance to make a real impact.
Nola Club is here to close the massive knowledge gap in business and finance for creative professionals. From pricing and taxes to planning income streams and building financial freedom - our mission is to empower the creative world to take control of their money, careers, and futures.
We’ve worked with creatives for over a decade through businesses we founded like Basa Studio, Book a Street Artist, and Panta Magazine, and have seen the same pattern over and over: brilliant talent paired with a lack of support in exactly the areas that determine long-term sustainability. Nola Club exists to change that - and we’re looking for the right person to build it with us.
Where we are
Nola Club is still in its early phase - the brand is live and the concept is solid. Our founder, Charlotte, initially tested it through one-on-one coaching, but now it’s time to scale. The plan is clear. The expertise is there. What’s needed is a co-founder who can help bring it all to life and turn it into valuable content for creative professionals.
Who we’re looking for
You’re someone who loves turning ideas into action. You're not just an executor, you’re a builder. You can help translate deep industry insight into:
Online courses and other learning formats
Retreats and workshops
Scalable content products (guides, templates, toolkits)
Marketing strategy that speaks creatives’ language
You’re resourceful, practical, hands-on, and deeply excited by the idea of building something with meaning and impact. You have a sharp eye for what’s missing and the drive to fill that gap - fast. Clear, confident communication is key in this role, so you should be a native English speaker or have near-native fluency. You know how to leverage tools, systems, and AI to speed up your workflow, stay organized, and execute efficiently because you value smart work just as much as hard work.
Bonus if you bring experience in:
Digital product development
Online marketing and copywriting
Community building
Design, branding, or operations
We don’t care much about certificates, degrees, or polished resumes. We care about your track record, your hunger to build, and your self-awareness. You know what you’re great at (and what you’re not), and you’re ready to create something that matters.

Remote work is totally fine, but it would be a big bonus if you’re based in Berlin. Ideally, you’d join full-time asap.
