    The 1:1 Mentoring Program involves regular sessions over 6–12 months, combined with guided exercises and ongoing check-ins to support longer-term strategic shifts.

    All formats are designed to fit around active client work - focused, efficient, and aimed at delivering maximum clarity and momentum without adding unnecessary complexity.
