Before we meet, you complete a detailed questionnaire and share the materials I need to understand your business. I review the bigger picture - from positioning and offers to clients, pricing, visibility and growth - and identify the areas that deserve your attention most.
We then work through my observations together and turn them into clear priorities and next steps.

For experienced creatives who know they want to evolve their business more fundamentally - and want someone alongside them while they do it.
Across 6–12 individual sessions, we work on the areas that matter most to your particular practice: positioning, services, pricing, portfolio, client strategy, visibility, outreach, business structure and the bigger direction you want your work and life to take.
This isn't a fixed programme or formula. We focus on what your particular business needs and adjust the work as things evolve.
Your business should evolve with your work.
As your creative practice develops, the business around it doesn't always develop at the same pace.
You get better at what you do. Your ambitions change. You understand more clearly what kind of work excites you — and what doesn't. But your positioning, services, pricing, clients or way of working may still reflect an earlier version of your career.
The next step isn't necessarily about getting bigger. It's about becoming more intentional about what you're building.
That might mean choosing the clients you want to work with more deliberately. Rethinking how you position and price your work. Changing the services you offer. Building better ways of finding opportunities. Or simply getting clearer about where you want your creative business to go next.

About your mentor
Charlotte Specht has spent more than a decade building businesses in and around the creative industries - working with independent creatives while also delivering projects for global brands and organisations.
As a founder of Basa Studio, Marvel&Juicy, and Book a Street Artist, she has seen the creative business from both sides: what clients are looking for, how creative work is bought and commissioned, and why talented creatives can still struggle to turn strong work into the business they actually want.
Charlotte is particularly good at seeing the bigger picture quickly - spotting patterns, opportunities and inconsistencies that are difficult to see when you're inside your own business.
Her mentoring isn't based on a fixed formula for how a creative business should look. The goal is to understand what you want to build, what may be holding you back and what needs to change to get there.

Nola Club is designed for experienced independent creatives and small creative studios who already have an existing practice or business to build on. You don’t need to have everything figured out, but you should already be doing professional work and have real experience with clients or commissions.
If you’re still at the very beginning of your creative career, Nola is probably too early for you.

No. Building a more intentional creative business doesn’t necessarily mean hiring people or becoming an agency.
You might remain independent, build a flexible team around particular projects or eventually create a larger studio. The goal is to build a business that supports your work, ambitions and the way you want to operate.
