Duration & Frequency

6, 9, or 12 sessions spread over 6-12 months, flexibly scheduled to match your creative rhythm. Each session lasts up to 90 minutes, with flexibility to ensure maximum impact.

Format

Sessions take place remotely via video call for maximum convenience and accessibility. In-person meetings are possible when schedules and locations align.
