1:1 Mentoring for Creative Professionals

Long-term guidance to grow your freelance practice into a sustainable, strategic creative studio.

Why long-term mentoring?

You’re successful as a freelancer, but growth feels uneven, and decisions pile up. Projects, pricing, and client choices compete for your attention, leaving little time to focus on the bigger picture.

One-on-one mentoring provides a structured partnership to help you design a creative practice that scales strategically, clarifies priorities, and sets you up to operate like a creative studio - without losing control or creativity.

Mentoring gives you long-term clarity, actionable guidance, and the space to make confident decisions that move your creative business forward.

While focusing on long-term strategy, mentoring also provides practical support for the day-to-day challenges of running a creative business. This includes troubleshooting client situations, reviewing emails or proposals, refining pricing and negotiation strategies, giving feedback on offers or contracts, and helping you craft clear, confident communication. We guide you in making decisions faster, avoiding costly mistakes, and keeping your practice running smoothly while you focus on creating.

It’s a partnership that blends strategic clarity with real-world problem-solving - so your creative business grows while staying manageable and aligned with your vision.

“The constant availability and support outside our sessions was priceless. Having WhatsApp access meant we could ask questions at any time - about pricing, client communication, or decisions - and get fast, helpful feedback.”

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Sessions are scheduled based on the package you choose - typically every 4–6 weeks. This gives you time to implement strategies, test decisions, and bring real-life questions back to each session.

  • Both! Mentoring combines long-term strategy with practical support for everyday challenges - pricing, client communication, proposals, negotiations, and workflow management.

Charlotte brings over a decade of experience connecting creatives with clients and building sustainable creative businesses, so you’ll get guidance grounded in real-world practice, not generic business theory.

  • Not at all. Mentoring is designed for solo creatives. The goal is to help you think, decide, and structure your practice like a studio, so you’re ready to scale or collaborate in the future - but you don’t need a team to start.

  • You’ll have lightweight follow-up support, typically via WhatsApp or email, to clarify decisions, review proposals or pricing, and troubleshoot client situations. This ensures momentum continues even between sessions.
